Now that is an interesting picture, but I don't think Flintoff means anything toward the Queen per se - he has Uber-ginge MacDonald directly opposite him: I think he is crossing his fingers behind his back as he quietly promises the Queen he won't laugh at MacDonals's hair (or bowling) during the match.
