We do not speak the "K" word on this blog!

And neither does Cricket Australia, fortunately, because my Lord NMH has been picked and not Mr "K"

The "K" man - Australia's answer to Graeme Swann (lucky us)

Here's the list:

Punter the Boss (Tas)
Pup the Vice Boss (NSW)
Big Dougie B (NSW) (excellent)
Bradley Hads (NSW)
Good King Nate the Invincible (NSW)
Hilfy (TAS)
Mussey (WA)
Whinging Mitchy (WA)
The Kat (NSW)
Lord Marcus (WA)
Sids (the One and Only Victorian on the Team) (hehehehe)
Watto (NSW)

Pleased to See Dougie on the list and hope The Muss can keep up his recent decent form.

With only two Tasmanians on the side (sorry Sunshine), we might do okay. Any more than two and we are surely jinxed.

Yeah I danced a little chicken dance in the morning :D We are able to remote control the selectors. No Hughes, but Bollyyyyyyyyy yeah, and Shane at No. 1, and the lovely Huss. There might be 43° in Oz but over here one needs something for the heart in the cold season :p

I don't think the K word was seriously debated. The Good King seems to be established.

So let's hope Bolly gets a go when Mitch fucks up (he will).

Now we need to work out a plan how to get up at midnight to watch some cricket. *think think*

Okay here's my plan: No international cricket anymore in Oz and NZ. Matches have to be played in either GB or SA. On the weekend India is okay too.

Howzat? :D

Are all your bowlers musicians?
Oooh, no more Paine :(. But I think the selectors got it right this time Sid. Hopefully the players wont screw it up by losing!

I don't think Hilfy nor Siddle are musically gifted/ or interested, although hilfy is a good golfer!

We do also have the gifted rapper T-Paine. He's a ray of sunshine.

Damn...Haddin's better. I liked Paine.
And what's with using Watson as opener??? I agree with Thompson when he said using Watto as opener is an insult to openers!

Really? He's not brilliant, it's true, but I think he has potential. Give the boy a chance. Watto and Katich opening should be good, I think.

I don't dislike T-Paine the Ray, but not sure he's ready for tests just yet (a'la Hughes). We want the experience of Hads. And Watto opening.

I so peeved that Badhands is back. You can't be pleased about this, sids, as he will ruin Hauritz's career slowly but surely as he doesn't do stumpings. It's just not part of his 'skill-set'.

Sheeeet, it's depressing, Watto up top and Badhands behind the pegs.

Timmy is still in the (process of getting) well. If they had kicked him out for Braddin I would have run up the walls. His plan is completely different from Braddin's. He stumps after every delivery, to make sure he doesn't miss the tiniest chance. It is a good plan! *nodnod*

I have a question. Do Aussies dislike Hads and Ritz because of the shoes that they have to fill? i.e. Gilly and Warne? Because that's a tad bit unfair.

I think that's mostly it, actually Purna. It's exactly why I was determined to like them both.
