Miss make sure you have the latest version of flash player installed, I think regional restrictions are heaps unlikely, even I can see it for a change. Speaking of which.. Sid.. do you have a plugin that allows you to download flash videos from the web... just asking... as you are the only resident from the UK I know and the proxies won't work for me for some silly reason... umm... and I need to see that certain video or I will die a thousand painful deaths :(:(:(
There shouldn't be regional restrictions because I just threw this together on windows video maker (or whatever it's called). I've tried it on 2 PCs now and in both firefix and IE and it is working for me. How annoying.

And yes, one of my favourite songs and a great band; they are playing Nottingham in April but it is on my son's birthday. I'm actually considering moving his birthday.
I just watched this video again - this is from a photo shoot for some commercial or somthing; you would think they would at least iron the shirt after taking it out of the packet - you can see the folds in it still!
