Why was Phil Hughes called up Again?

Hehehe ... check out this post at Tales from the Offside ... love the Phil Hughes picture!

And here's another one for you:

"Right, I don't know how many times I can explain this to you, Phil ... you hit the ball with the bat ... ok? Got it? Ponce ... I told that shit Hildy to go with Cam White."

If he manages to get off the mark against whichever Paksie comes first I'll eat a broom. And it won't be a Neil. Can't wait to see him against D.K. ... if he survives that long. LOL

Plus:
In order to deserve the opening slot he needs to be better than Shane, obviously. Which means either he delivers two consecutive centuries (I laff) or he will die in my armpit.
I haz a done.

(Good grace this is Christmas frustration galore)

Wes, he is better than Shane in that he is a natural batsman with good technique. He is just still young.
But I think Ponting will rather fake it than not play the Boxing day test. He seems so upset!

Purna the thing is he does not have a natural weslikesit face. :P

Well for Punter it's a delicate issue. He has to face the latent suspicion of getting oldish, sort of. He wants to play the next Ashes in England, he cannot afford to show any signs of weakness. Even if it's an injury that would have struck anyone else as badly. Therefore he clings and fights. There was silly shit in the press when he went home after the Ashes to rest for a couple of weeks. He will be bearing this in mind.

edit, Punter is most likely playing *fingers crossed* he seems to be on a really good way. My heart is silent :D
And Salman Butt obviously thinks that Saeed Ajmal is better than NHM
the Buttisms

@Wes, yes I have just read that - pfffttt, I say.

And yes, I suspect Punter would play in the test if he was on crutches; so long as they let him, of course.
