Either way, we are crap at it and the Stanis will be desperate for a win tomorrow; plus they are just a way better T20 side. Can't ignore that.
Nobody really likes a series whitewash (unless they're playing England): the best test of this series was the one that had Australia's back to the wall and the best ODI was the last one - where Australia was way outplayed and that, ultimately, either side could have won.
The Stanis deserve the win tomorrow; I reckon they'll get it.

I am hoping they win. Partially as I resent Clarke even being in the team, let alone having the captaincy and partially as like you, I don't like the idea of them coming away from the tour empty handed. They are better than that.
Na, we don't deserve anything from this tour. Even if we do win it, it will not change a thing. In fact, more criticism will follow as people will say that t20 is all they are good at and concentrate on.
The two whitewashes were not by luck.

@Lou - tour whitewash is what I meant, it just sounds odd. But yes, Pakistan are a better team than that and deserve something from this tour.
@Stani - you could argue that Australia are only good at ODIs. I know this sounds really awful to a supporter of the team we just whitewashed in a test series, but we are pretty ordinary at tests really. Ponting doesn't seem to able to think beyond "me ... big stick ... hit ball hard"; it's just that sometimes that works. In Sydney it really didn't.
With the mother of all test series coming up this October, I'd like to feel more confidence in my side than that.
So if people say Pakistan are only good at T20, it could be worse. They could talk the way they do about Bangladesh.

That was the WTF game we were looking forward whole summer, damn you Stanis if you had figured it out earlier we would have a wonderful Australian cricket summer and than I was even ready to take white wash, in this spirit but you were shit most of the time.
Haven't watched it yet, but I know we won. It was close one, no? I take it we were (predictably) shit and the Stanis should have won?
Dammit ... I was almost there.
It's hard in twenty/20 to say that any team 'should' have won. It's such a bloody lottery anyway.
It was a great game and the bowling by both sides was excellent.
