It should be easier when we've won :-)
Lords under snow, January 2010
Once upon a time, NSW's Captain Kat was Derbyshire's Captain Kat, and we spent a lot of time at the cricket (usually watching Derbyshire lose); this was one of the many days we had to wait for the rain to go away. It did eventually. Aaah, the English summer.

You've been to County matches? Well done, in 12 years here, I haven't got off my lazy arse to do that, but then I don't know any cricket fans in this country apart from die-hard Sky watchers!
I should have gone to see Captain Kat prop up Derbyshire's mainly useless line-up, him being one of the few sweeties in the Aus camp.
To be honest we only went because Simon got us free tickets, but it did get us hooked and we have been (and paid!!) a few times since. We're lancs supporters, so we usually go when they come down.
