Now, most Aussie fans out there willl be relaxed about the match in Hamilton; I haven't been to Ian's blog today (yes, I have memorised the URL - is that sad?), but I am sure he has some cheery post about how well Australia are doing in the second innings.
And he isn't wrong, but I can't be so positive. It could be because I am a sour, pessimistic cow but it's at least partly because the last time the Kiwis started the day 5 wickets down, Australia managed to take ONLY ONE WICKET ALL DAY! I'm still not over it. And if it happens this time, we don't have a day to spare. And if it happens this time, NZ will manage a flukey and most undeserved draw a little like ... well, a little like Australia at Edgbaston 2009.
And only we are allowed to do such things.
So, I will not be content until I wake in the morning and find that My Lord has taken 4 wickets and that we've won.
Or I'll just be happy with the win.

Get away, we've got a spin bowler we haven't used yet. A spin bowler who SPINS the ball and who was our hero of the first innings batting.
Kat the Krab's destiny awaits.
But I would like to see MJ get a fivefer, he deserves it after knowing where the stumps are at 150kmh this match.
Give Katto the ball, I send the bloody petition to Hamilton. Haha.
Agreed with Lou.
I reckon Mitch is in line for the 5fer. Ryano will probably try give it his everything given that his next appearance is still a fair bit down the line.
And Kirby, my pessimistic mate...a whole day of Test cricket...1 entire day...no gale force winds or rain and we'll be fine.
One Kiwi batsman will make decent runs though, questions is who?
Chris Martin? haha
Sid you've clearly been in England *way* too long: they're getting to you!!
I three the Katto position... why on earth doesn't he bowl more? Has anyone ever asked Punter??
Doesn't he say he doesn't like to bowl now cause of what it does to his back? Otherwise, I'd have him bowling every match...
Yeah, maybe the English way of thinking is getting to me. I should visit home more often.
As for Katich bowling, yeah he is decent. I had planned to come on here and say I think Pup is as well but I see he had a bowl today and so did North. Not so sure about North's bowling - I think he needs to concetrate on getting his batting back up to scratch first.
Katto has back issues which restrict his bowling...could easily toss down 1 or 2 overs though.
