The boys hit India and we [finally] have some bloody cricket.

Ben, mate, they're watching - show the nice uniformed men how we can balance ...Punter said if they are not happy with us, they'll take away our blankies.

Mitchy! Mitchy, they're still watching ... stop cheating and get your knee off the ground!

Check it - stylish dance moves and a little bit of Tai Chi ...

... they've gotta be impressed with that, Benny. Blankies sorted!

Right, so Punter said we're all training in here ... where is everyone? Well, I'll just toss this ball around until they get here.

Has that useless bastard, Watson, not worked out that we are all outside yet? Brilliant, we'll get to train in peace for a while.

Just hiding Watto's bat and pads so he can't train with us. Just in case he works out that Punter has deliberately sent him to the wrong place ...

And who the hell is this? MSN India had it down as My Lord, but there is no way that is Lord Nathan - he's got mega-brows! Must be one of the newbies ...

And finally, the tour match against the Presidents XI (or someone) is underway and it's going predictably well for the Aussies. TWatto and Katto both got a century then Captain Kat, the lazy bastard, retired and - big shock - Watson is so far the only one to get out. So Punter and Pup are in the middle and I imagine they'll stay there for a bit tomorrow.

Australia 319-1 at close of play.

The story of Indian pitches is win the toss, bat first and win the match. I have heard though that first test can be affected by rain.

Watto still made a hundred despite not training? (or training that constituted alone of tossing the ball around)

When's the first match starting?

That's Mitchell Starc in the photo Sid. Yeh, Mitch the B*tch Starc. I used to bully him at school because he used to grass up and talk behind my back a lot. His eyebrows are that big because I shaved them off one time.

....by the way, Getty Images had him down as Hauritz which is why MSN India said it was him.

I just think they're deliberately trying to p*ss you off Sid. At least they didnt have a pic of Watson with 'Hauritz' written underneath hey? That woulda really killed you off.

It's going to be a fun series... even though there are only two tests.

First test starts October 1st and yes, it should be a good one. I think the Aussies will be starting to get all geared up for the Ashes by now.

Stani, how could you do something so mean to such a young lad? You mean, mean man. As for getty images, I suspect they are sick of me nicking their pics and putting stupid captions on them, so thought they'd get me back.

I hear My Lord was actually dealt with quite easily by the Presidents XI batsmen. That's a bit worrying, eh? Maybe we will be wanting that first test washed out, Grey ...

Blimey, was that Starc? Are they ever planning on setting some basic 'looks' quotient as part of the selection policy?

We need Callum Ferguson back.

The Redbacks aren't good enough for him to even wipe his feet on.

The basic looks quotient went out the window with Siddle, I'm afraid. But Starc could use being held down and having a wax strip ripped across his brows.

Imagine him and Sids playing together. We could scare the Ashes out of England.

It's definitely him - check it out:

How can they confuse My Lord with him??

All I can say is Yuck and I'm not talking about his looks.

His action really does look just like Mitchell Johnson's in that photo.

I hope he's got more control than him but the only time i've seen him bowl he went the short-wide-two feet-outside off stump route to annoying the hell out of me.

Well, let's face it - he can play however he wants, as long as he is on the NSW team he is in with a chance to play for Australia.
