Operation Ashes Retrieval - Day 3 of 25

Computer would like to state, for the record, that Agents Muss and Hads categorically blew the fuckers away.

All else is irrelevant.

Mission status - 481 no hits left

Oppositions status - no hits for 19
Opposition has faced 15 overs
Opposition radio still reporting positive day for Opposition

Computer registers confusion (and barely disguised mirth)

Report ends

It all depends on today. They need to post a score fast. We need a 450-500 score in one day or to bat for two.

Hussey did great but he had some very close calls!!

Did you hear Agnew on the ABC coverage? As the Husster got his ton, Aggers was swift to remind us all that he should have been out first ball. What an arse.

Same with Broad and his review of the hat-trick ball. Sour grapes everywhere.

I think we've used up all our luck in this match and quite possibly the series already.

Adrian, Agnew was being whiny all day. Since when has a catch that dropped short been a 'should have been out'? I woke up to hear him whine about the review system for a good 3-4 mins, I hadn't heard the score but I knew it was favourable for Aus from his tone.

All out luck has definitely run out, by the looks of it. I don't think they have time to win it now, but neither do we!

I thought we had this one in the bag :-(

Wes, have you noticed the grape factor on twitter? It's been quite fun. Things will be somewhat different today, though, I expect.

well there is still a chance, if Strauss declares on 100 and Oz don't get all out for 35. I can't guarantee the latter, though.

Sadly, Wes, no one can ever guarantee the latter.

sigh.
