I'm over you - you're dumped. I had my little rant about you the other week when you were dropped for that useless little weed with the weird name, but I'm done with it. I still think "X" was the wrong choice and I'm kind of pleased Punter is wearing it for requesting him, but I've moved on to a new love. Now I want Michael Beer to play at the WACA.
There's no reason for this except that he is local and has some decent figures. He has no experience against England, as you and Smith do (and your figures have been fucking swish for the Blues lately). Actually, he has barely any experience at first class cricket at all but our team can't possibly play any worse with him, can they? The truth is, I just wanted to be able to say "Australia need some beer". It makes me sound all witty and clever, doesn't it?
You know what, I'm over Michael now as well - I think I'll come out of retirement and get the fucking Ashes back myself! Yeah, that's a great idea - no one is better than me, right? Let's do it ...
Now I just have to get Punter to "request" me, like he did Doherty ...

All this carping on about Warne coming back is quite pathetic and only advertises to the world how badly in disarray all Aussie cricket is - including the fans. Although, in fairness, Warne shoudl not have smiled and said "never say never", like an arrogant prat. He should have said "no way am I coming back, I'm old and fat - you need Nathan Hauritz".
Where this Michael Beer business came from, I don't know, but I guess he can't be worse than Doherty so why the hell not?

Dear God, have you seen the new squad? WTF are they thinking bringing in a club cricketer when the Hauricane is in such fine form? Is it simple pride, that they can't admit they were wrong to ditch him? The inclusion of Smith is a bonus, admittedly, but Beer? And the way the Hildilly was talking about the WACA as his home ground when the guy's only just moved there and has an average on that pitch of about 40! When are these arseclowns going to fuck off?
I think Smith has to play in place of North, but no Nathan. I still reckon Ponting and Hilditch will not admit that dropping Hauritz was a mistake, because they are bastards. My Lord can take 10 wickets and get a double century for NSW and they atill won't bring him back.
Selecting Michael Beer because Warne said they should will not calm his ego any. The guy had better be fucking brilliant now. He criticised Ponting for Doherty, he had better pray Beer kicks arse.
