What's the biggest challenge for a talented law degree holder? A man who has no respect for rules and expects rules, journalists, umpires, referees and cricket admin to interpret rules as he wishes per his latest convenience. Guiding such a guy to his dreams and destination is a worthy challenge for someone trained in interpreting law to the benefit of their clients?
Rather smart on Ponting's part. He always knew he was going to court trouble, some legal, and it always pays to have a lawyer-wife. The man just grew in stature in my eyes!
I first saw Liz Hurely in Bedazzled and she was simply stunning in that. Also in Austin powers but now she doesn't look all that good...I think Warne is holding out on her his secret face lifter's name...
And Ponting's wife has a law degree? :O What does she see in him!!??!!
I like the thinking ... that Ponting suspected having a lawyer on his side would be handy. I still shiver at the mental picture of the two of them ... you know ...
